Having sold a number of properties previously this was our first with Garrod. The main information we needed as a vendor was to be kept in the loop with regards to the markets interest and feedback about our property. Garrod was always on the phone letting us know exactly where we were at with buyers interest and their comments. When it came offers received, Garrod had our back and worked tirelessly to get us the highest sale price from the market. It didn't matter how many times he would go back and forward between the purchaser and us, all Garrod was interested in was the best outcome for ourselves the vendor. Too many agents today are in a rush and just want the deal closed, leaving money on the table that could have been in the vendors pockets. Garrod is not one of those. Thank you Jacob for selling our block of land overlooking the Leschenault Inlet Australind. Not many people would get an offer on their property within three days of being put on the market. Unfortunately this sale fell through but within two weeks after this Jacob had another buyer lined up and settlement is nearly completed. I'm sure that the little extra we paid at the beginning for a drone and a video of the block combined with the great views certainly created extra interest. I feel communication with both parties could have been better and found that the agent could be quite heavy handed when he did communicate. And may not have been working with the best interests of the purchaser and this could have pushed less business minded people into a difficult situation.
