Our apartment is unique . An unknown enigma ,with a range of different prices and apartments in this complex.Hard to nail the correct price to sell . We arrived at what the apartment owed us and went from there . To my disbelief two offers in a short time . We procrastinated for around a month . Jay was patient reminding us most days to sign our counter offer . That being done it was all signed and sealed overnight . He has a well chosen back up team working with him . Staff on the ball ,to answer every question we asked . Nothing was to much trouble for any of them . We were well taken care of from the minute Jay walk through our door for his interview to be our agent to sell our beautiful apartment . Excellent job Thank you Jay and team
