Was realistic on price and comps. I'm interstate. Communication was great with Jacob and his team. Our tenant caused multiple issues. With our help was quick to resolve. A few negotiations for works to be done was all fair and reasonable. Got the price we wanted. Which is the main thing! I'm in a neighbouring industry he didn't try to sales me. I hate that.
