The advertising write up was really thorough and well written with great photos and video walk through, better then others that I see advertised. He sold my property incredibly quickly for a great price and the whole process was smooth and stress free! Very friendly but professional service, definitely recommend to other sellers!

My initial approach to Lees was to find out what I needed to do to make the property saleable. "Don't do anything, I have a buyer," he said. He did indeed have buyers, but of course there were still things that needed doing. His buyers bid against each other to give us a price higher than we were expecting. That was pretty awesome.

We recently purchased a unique property, sight unseen, that had special features that we needed to view beyond listing photos. We live 2.5 hours away and so Lees organised detailed videos to be recorded at a moments notice and sent to me an hour after my enquiry. We were able to put an offer in that day and it was accepted. We appreicated Lees and his teams' efficiency and being able to facilitate the sale remotely. He has also been available to to respond to other enquiries I've had without delay.
