We first met Jacob when we bought a house through Barr and Standley Real Estate. After chatting when picking up the keys we found out that Jacob grew up in the area that we would be selling in the following year. At the time we found Jacob to be friendly and knowledgeable and kept him in mind when it came to selling. We approached many agents in the lead up to selling. Jacob was the strongest and with his local knowledge is who we decided upon. At all times Jacob was professional and a very good communicator. He gave us lots of tips to make our home and property the best for selling. Our house went on the internet on a Thursday, home open on Saturday and was under offer on Sunday. Jacob made the process simple for us. We were very happy with all dealings we had with Jacob and would definitely recommend him to others selling their house.

Craig helped me purchase my first home back in 2021 and was extremely informative and helpful with the process. He assisted me with multiple things and was always patient with me when I was asking lots of questions. After successfully purchasing the home the after care was brilliant. I received a text message about a month into owning the house from Craig just seeing how I went with the move then not only that but when I saw him out and about he didn’t hesitate to come over and have a genuine chat. 2 years on I went back to Craig wanting to sell my house and the standard was still so high. Not only did he sell the house extremely quickly but he also offered to help with finding the next place and give me information and insights on the market in another city. Highly recommend Craig to anyone considering purchasing or selling

Jacob is an excellent agent, alongside with his brilliant team. He listens and is one of the most professional in the business. He is a man of his word, and certainly trustworthy. We did a massive move from Bunbury to Perth and everything went smoothly - purely because of him & his amazing team. Couldnt thank Jacob enough!

Jacob was a delight to deal with in the sale of my home. He took the time to explain all processes & procedures, persevered with my questions & gave me the information to make informed decisions. With his patience & guidance the end result was better than I anticipated. His friendly manner & sense of humour, plus his willingness to go the extra mile made the selling experience far less stressful than what I’ve heard other people experience with other agents. Wishing you continued success Jacob.

A professional group who marketed my property diligently. While the final sales outcome fell short of my expectations, I was satisfied with the amount the property sold for.
