Our relationship with Murray regarding the sale of our investment property, started 2 years prior to it's sale. Our priority was to maximise it's sale price. Murray was meticulous in advising us how to do that, and we appreciated his no nonsense approach and honesty. Upon listing, it only took 6 days to receive an offer, which we gladly accepted. We were overseas during this time, however Murray kept us well informed during the offer and acceptance process. I would not hesitate in recommending Murray as a well informed and diligent Agent who vendors can have complete confidence in.
