Purchased and sold the property through Barr and Standley and Lees handled both transactions. Extremely helpful on both occasions. Would certainly have gone to him again for purchase but located in an over 50s village and not in his field. I believe Lees works just as hard for the seller and purchaser which shows his character and ethics.

The team at Barr and Standley pulled off what we thought would be impossible. As first home buyers (in possibly the worst time to buy) all the odds were stacked up against us!! Tahnika James took us through the process flawlessly and Keaton Standley got us over the line to seal the deal. Keaton saw the value in helping a local family get into their own home with a positive and professional community spirit. Also being a Fifo worker, personal meetings were limited but Phone and email correspondence was not an issue or barrier during our purchase.
