Jacob and his team worked hard & brought a lot of buyers to our property from his client base and worked in with our tenants for house access. Jacob had great sales negotiation skills & the commutation with us was great, knowing that we would get a call directly from the agent every time there was an update or offer made us feel like we were in safe hands.
