Wouldn’t use any other agent!
Joel was our first choice to sell our house recently, because we had dealt with him previously in buying another place, and he was fantastic through the unusually difficult process on that one! Having been both a buyer and a seller now, we can’t recommend Joel highly enough. He advised us on presentation of the house, and marketing. He understood that we had stressful time constraints on the sale, and worked to meet them for us. He also said that he could get us a higher sale value than we had expected - and he did! An all round positive experience that we are very happy with, thanks again Joel 😊
