Jay and team were excellent with our transition from Perth to Bunbury. Everything was done well before Settlement. They went over and beyond any Agent we have dealt with before.

Joel was extremely professional and patient from the start of the process. When we viewed the property he was informed we were waiting to speak further with the broker, he wasn't pushy and worked with us. He is very prompt with communication and does his best to help in anyway. Couldnt be happier to have purchased our first home with Joel. Thank you for making a scary thing much more easy going.

From the very beginning Joel was helpful, honest, friendly and enthusiastic. He kept us informed every step of the way and he answered all our queries with accurate knowledge of the market. Never have we sold a house in 36 days but with Joel’s expertise, he made that happen. His P.A. Felicia was also very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this team to sell your property.
