Jacob was very likeable and easy to relate to. He is trustworthy and reliable and has a good knowledge of the local housing market. I was very happy when Jacob presented me with an offer on my block obtaining the asking price in approximately 23 days. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jacob to future clients.

Jay outlined the process, made the 'paper work' extremely easy. He has a team of people so the marketing person was on board pretty quickly. And at the first opening Jay secured a sale! He is a top salesperson I think, and I have experience of others. After that it was a seamless move to their referred conveyanser. Really the whole experience was stress free, and so easy. Jay came well recommended and I am very glad to have had the experience with him and his team.

Not having a shop front presence in town, we felt that we were taking a big leap of faith in trusting an 'outside' agent to sell our property. However, Keaton's approach to selling is second to none, & after trying to sell (unsuccessfully), through a local agency for over 6 months, in just over two weeks after relisting with Barr & Standley the property went under offer. Keaton's knowledge of the market, skill in understanding buyers' requirements & upfront approach, gave us the confidence that each viewing was a potential offer. With the support of his amazing team, (Keith, Shawnee/Sofia), we were always kept informed, guided & supported through the whole process, from listing though to selling. Keaton even exceeded our expectation on the price that he sold our property for. A truly amazing Company, & we would highly recommend their services!

From the initial contact, ongoing negotiations and through to conclusion, Joel and Felicia kept me fully informed along the way and this resulted in a sale price that was successfully negotiated and settled. More than happy with Joel and Felicia's professionalism, communication and guidance along the way.

Joel was very knowledgeable about the sales history of our area, he was honest and gave us a sincere appraisal of our property. Joel kept in touch with us throughout the whole process and he surpassed our expectations and sold our property within a week at a price we were happy with. We can’t thank Joel and all the staff at Barr & Stanley enough for everything they have done for us to make this sale a very smooth and easy process. I will be recommending Joel to any friends and family who are looking at buying or selling in the future.

We originally had our home listed with a local agent and didn't get a suitable outcome after 12 weeks on the market. I spoke with Jacob and within 14 days the house was on the market and had an offer on the property.

From when we first engaged Jacob with regards to selling our property it was a hassle free experience. We explained to him our time schedule with what we had on, there were no hassles but we were contacted to take maximum advantage of the current market in our area which kicked off the process. It was all done and settled in a very short time which we were very pleased with. Would go with Jacob again. Top operator.
