Lees' made the whole process hassle free, in what was a very difficult situation. Lees was respectful to both parties and took care of any problems that arose. I am a very busy individual who needed a real estate agent who had integrity in his dealings and could get on with the job at hand with minimal fuss. Murray did just this for me . I was able to get a reasonable price in a fair time frame. The market was declining so it was a little below expectation but reasonable. I felt Murray worked for me not the buyer which is important. Murray was prepared to go the distance and respected my decision making around price and negotiations. Murray wasn't shy in providing feedback and sage advice when needed.
