A few points from our experience of selling for others to know before considering signing up... Jay attended the initial appointment to sign us up... this is the one and only time we saw him in the whole process. He has a team of people that work for him... as he has so many houses listed, he doesn't have time to personally attend to each sale.... Someone else will bring the potential buyers through... Someone else deals with the contracts of sale... Someone else came through and presented the written up offer from the buyers On settlement, an automated text message and a few days later a voicemail from Jay. If I had a question or wanted to chat to Jay himself about potential buyers or other things about the sale of the property, it usually involved a bit of phone tennis. In our sale, miscommunication and mixed messages resulted from multiple people dealing with the sale, and this created unnecessary angst and stress. In good conscience, I would not recommend Jay... some people advised me against using Jay... perhaps, I should have listen...
