Barry Plant has managed our Docklands apartment for approximately five years. During that time they have secured four excellent tenants for us in a speedy manner. They communicate with us swiftly if there are maintenance issues and secure appropriate quotes to carry out that maintenance. They carry out six monthly inspections and communicate with the tenant if they find any cleaning they deem needs more attention. Recently they secured a new tenant for us in a much shorter time frame than we were expecting, given the surplus of rental apartments in Docklands. Overall, a very professional service.
