Known for his energy and efficiency, he assists clients with a wide range of property matters in the Docklands, Inner City Melbourne, Southbank, and Bayside suburbs. With over 6 years’ experience, including leasing in his home country of Ireland, Shane comes to Barry Plant with a wealth of knowledge and skills that have enabled him to make the role his own. A people person, with great communication skills, Shane is always willing to go the extra mile to help find the best fit, and ensure tenants find the right home for them. With his cheery Irish personality, you will always find a smile on Shane’s face, and his down to earth nature means that both tenants and landlords alike feel comfortable in their interactions with him. In his spare time, Shane is a big Doggies fan, going to as many games as possible, and he even likes them so much he got his own Bulldog puppy, named Lucy, this year! He also enjoys keeping fit by playing with his local St Kilda soccer team, or you could catch him on the golf course every Sunday morning!

With over 12 years of experience in customer service, Sabrina’s focus is building trust, confidence and goodwill by managing and understanding her clients’ requirements and maintaining high quality client relationships. Sabrina has previously worked within the Real Estate industry as the Sales Administrator as well as a Client Relationship Manager within a commercial setting where she was able to demonstrate her ability to interact with people from different backgrounds and cultures. She is very well organised as well as dedicated, passionate, energetic and strongly motivated to succeed. Sabrina is an excellent communicator and is determined to see tasks through to a satisfactory conclusion and very well organised. With a passion for travelling, Sabrina has been to Paris 5 times and loves Chanel and anything French provincial. Sabrina comes from a Mauritius background and is fluent in French, which made her travels to Paris a breeze.

Having worked in the food, beverage and hospitality sector prior to joining Barry Plant, Aprail often exceeded her clients’ expectations and displayed the core customer service traits that the Barry Plant Group holds in highest regard. Developing an in-depth understanding of the importance of customer service and communication through her years in hospitality, with her positive attitude, Aprail is now learning on the job how best to apply those skills to her colleagues and their clients through her role as an Assisistant Property Manager. With a fresh approach to real estate, Aprail is learning the inner workings of the department and the office as a whole, providing valuable assistance to established property managers with their day to day duties.
