Good Support!
Barry Plant Docklands were very supportive and managed to get a new tenant within a month of the leaving of the old tenant. Shane is very efficient and very dedicated to get the new tenant. Adriana who helps to manage the apartment is very diligent and responsive to any issues in the apartment to both the tenants and also to owner of the apartment. I Trust Barry Plant Docklands!
I’ve got two properties currently managed by Barry Plant Docklands, one in Docklands, the other in Tarneit. I’m very happy to have switched and stayed with them. I’d had bad experiences with other agents over the years. For example, tenants kept a dog in apartment. Continuous rental arrears. Damages. Years of low rent not in line with the market. Finally I couldn’t take it any more and called Steven Heaven for help. I filled in the form and cut my phone for a week to avoid hearing promises from old agents. Simple. Now if there’s any issue, my manager would notify me and find a solution right away. If necessary I would call Steven and he would clarify things for me. My rental income is appropriately adjusted according to the marked. There’s always staff to pick up the phone. No empty office because everyone is in conference. I trust Barry Plant Docklands for their care and professionalism and would recommend their excellent service to you.
