My experience with Steven has been excellent. He has been a clever manager who gives extra work for me and results are overwhelming. When I heard about the pressure owners are facing from settlements and lack of tenants, Steven has helped me to understand the market demands and reaction. By his guidance and advice, I was able to more fully comprehend what was happening and not let the situation effect me. I have two properties managing by Steven, he has filled my units with wonderful tenants. I appreciate his work and he is a great asset to Barry Plant. His staff are as great as him whom taking the job with passion and open to discuss to bring mutual benefits. They have been flexible in different situations, depending on the circumstances. Most of others won’t stay back to work at the office or complete settlement arrangement after 5pm. His staff has gone above and beyond than normal working hours so that my new house keys can be collected and ready for next day morning’s open inspection. With that type of commitment to owners, my stress is relieved. I can expect my properties to be rented with happy and contented tenants.

Efficient and Professional Service for Rental Arrangement on my property.
Steven Heaven and his colleague, May Wong, did render a good and professional service in the course of letting out my property, arranging inspections with good report and proper management of rental agreement. With their efficient responses, the property was promptly rented out to a reliable tenant.
