Adriana has been a tremendous assistance on looking after my property especially when I am quite often overseas. She kept me up to date on what is happening with the property, any maintenance required, tenant that is leaving, and look for a quality tenant to keep the availability rate down. the service was good last year until the new tenant came in last month. I have specifically requested the written consent of charging the reletting fee acknowledgment but I am still waiting, along with the copy of the new lease agreement. I dnt have any response in regards of updating the postal address etc. it seems like the management is still in holiday mood.
