Leased our apartment quickly
Shane has been great, we switched over to Barry Plant from another agency and the difference is night and day. Shane is very communicative and has done a great job of leasing the property quickly. I can't speak to their property management services as so far it's just been leasing but if the property managers are as good as the leasing agents then we will be happy.

My experience with Barry Plant regarding the management of my property in Port Melbourne has been excellent. The agency provides a very transparent way of interacting with their clients; there is no clash of views between higher management and office personnel. Very happy about the present relationship.

Partially satisfied
Some services I would rate excellent, but not all. Over the pass year, Brittany did very good communication via emails among three parties, tenants, agent and landlord. I appreciate what she has done for both the tenants and me. However, I am absolutely unhappy with the final inspection when my case was passed to another handling staff. Not even when I requested I wanted to have an inspection on my own, I did not see how poor the cleaning was. The cleaning jobs were not even in an average grade but it was marked done. As well as the communication in between was poor, you need to follow up on your own. I believe it is always professional if you can give a timely update to your clients regards the condition of the property. Shane really helps out with the leasing of the apartment, updating the whole progress of inspection and application weekly via calls and/or emails. He discussed the rent market with clients professionally.
