Leased in one day!

They are very helpful and responsible agents according to my recent experience in leasing out my apartment during this difficult period. Shane had performed his professionalism in giving me good and useful advices so as my apartment can be leased out in a short period. Anyway, I have a very good experience with Barryplant.

Change of tenants
Changing tenants for my investment property during COVID lockdown seemed a very large issue indeed. Couldn't believe it when Shane from Barry Plant rang to say it was leased starting the week after previous tenants moved out. Relief. Thank you to Barry Plant.
