Mark is a true professional. From the original property assessment until the final auction, Mark constantly kept us informed of the progress on all aspects of the sale. He discussed his recommendations on the advertising to allow the best coverage for the market he felt the property would appeal to, and selected a great range of photos for the board and handouts. There was not only weekly reports but a follow up call after every inspection. Mark also made time to drop in to discuss our concerns and finally to explain the format of the auction.
