Mark's professionalism and expertise stood out for me throughout the campaign. He presented a structured plan to build the campaign around and he did the follow-up necessary to build a base of prospects. The team supporting him also upheld his high standards. On auction day he created a positive atmosphere while remaining totally focussed on the goal. I am very happy with the results and will be recommending Mark Di Giulio to everyone.

My parents were considering downsizing and had over a period of time requested real estate agents to come and value the family home. Mark was originally contacted for a visit and since that time would pop in every so often to chat with my parents and maintain a relationship with them. This year, sadly my father passed away and so the decision was finally made to sell the family home. I interviewed three real estate agents I selected on recommendation from an independent valuer. When Mark came for the interview, not only was I surprised that my mother knew him personally by name but he presented a well organised and detailed plan for selling the home and spent much time with us. His presentation was superior to those given by other estate agents and I also liked the fact that he wasn't busy selling himself but rather, his logical and thorough ability to answer my questions clearly, communicated to me he was good at what he did. In addition to the fact that he knew my father, it was an easy decision to choose him. We were selling in a market that was changing- as a consequence we only had 6 people through the property during our four week campaign and on the day of the auction there was no auction as there was no interest. This was a concern however, within three days of the auction, Mark found us a buyer which offered us a price over our asking price! Mark is very patient and tolerant and his negotiation skills are very well refined which is what you want in a real estate agent. Mark's staff also commented that he really does work very hard to get the best price for the seller. He did that for us and we are grateful. A good real estate agent doesn't need to sell themselves, the quality of their work speaks for itself. Mark is very good at what he does. Thank you to Mark and all the Barry Plant team for their work in the sale of our family home.

Mark DiGiulio is a well organised and professional Estate Agent who easily connects with people and seems to enjoy his work His strength, however is to be able to transfer his enthusiasm to others. On auction day this means that potential buyers are energised, leading to outstanding results such as we had.

We were extremely happy with the outcome thanks to Mark and his team. Mark was always open and honest with us from day one to the end, what we particularly liked about Mark was his professional attitude.. He never had any negative comments about the house even though we thought there were one or two worthy of a mention spots with the house that could have had easily been brought up to our attention by him but he never did. Instead he went about his way and soldered on relentlessly trying his up-most to get the best outcome he could for us. He was always persistent and filled with positive attitude and encouragement and throughout the campaign he communicated with us in all aspects which we thought were exemplary. Thank you again Mark for your attention to detail and your openness and honesty Yasmin and Garbis.
