I am completely satisfied with Mark's performance from start to finish. His knowledge of the art of auctioning property - in the Doncaster area especially - is second to none in my opinion. He has the market psychology aspect well worked out and can deliver a very convincing and entertaining performance on auction day. He is very transparent and up-front about the mechanics of the process and works hard for the vendor to achieve a good price. I found the process interesting and learnt quite a lot from this agent about real estate market and auction psychology. This will also assist me in future dealings with real estate - for both purchases and sales. Well done Mark.

I was impressed with Mark from day one when he meet me at the family home which I intended to put on the market. As I live out of Melbourne and had a drive for our meeting, he met me with a choice of take away tea or coffee to start things off, a nice thought. I have found Mark to be very professional and full of enthusiasm, that is a nice approach to have.
