Atul and his team are by far the best real estate we have dealt with. After meeting numerous agents who were giving me an unrealistic price for my property, Atul and Jitender were very optimistic about the sale. They worked really hard to get me the price I wanted. The communication via phone, text, WhatsApp and email are always fast and were always available to answer any questions we had. These guys are the best in the area.

Atul and team have been really good throughout the sale process. They were always upfront with what is happening in market and how our property is was performing. When they had an opportunity, everyone worked hard and finalised the contract on a Sunday. I would really recommend AB properties to anyone looking for selling.

Dear Atul, Thank you so much for all of your help! I am so happy for all of the hard work you’ve done to help me sell my unit. I am very grateful to have you as my agent and couldn’t be happier with the way everything worked out. I wished I picked you from the beginning rather than going with a different agent to start with.
