We have just purchased another property off Jason, this will be our second! To say he has made the process easy in an understatement. In what can be a very stressful time, Jason took the reins and managed the whole process for us from start to finish without question. When he said he’d call, he did.... when he said he’d have an update for us, he did! It’s rare to find someone in any field of work with such professionalism and this is Jason. He is a man of his word, we’ve built up a great relationship with him and would not hesitate recommending everyone we know. He is a one of a kind agent in our eyes!

I was thrilled when Jason, director of Barry Plant Sunshine assigned Michelle to my sales campaign. I was excited to work with Michelle again. Michelle was an absolute star performer representing the team to sell my home. She is a true professional, driven to liaise with clients for the best outcome possible. Her knowledge of the local market, her friendly and welcoming disposition and calm approach was exactly what I hoped for. And Michelle delivered. Constant communication and updates gave me the peace of mind to sit back and allow Michelle and the Barry Plant team to work their magic. And they did on auction day. The result was more than I could have imagined and I’m grateful to Michelle and the team for making it possible.

Jason Allen, director of Barry Plant Sunshine was my first and only choice of agent to sell my home. Jason sold my first property 14 years ago and left a lasting impression. His honesty, professionalism, integrity and market knowledge are only a few reasons I signed up with Barry Plant. There are many more. You only need to read other reviews to gauge how satisfied clients are with his outstanding service. My exceptional auction result was made possible by a strong marketing campaign, ongoing communication, agent commitment and Jason’s excellent auctioneer performance. I am grateful for the impressive service provided by Jason and the Barry Plant team.
