Michelle is very friendly and easy to talk to. She knows all the small little details of the property as well as her clients. She has a terrific memory. She remembered all the previous homes we inspected. My mother inspected the place a couple of weeks before we did, yet Michelle was able to guess who my mother was based on my description. Michelle went out of her way to show us new properties which may interest us. She frequently gave us updates on the property we purchased. Overall, we had a very positive experience.

It's easy to give agents a great review when the property market is booming. However we put our house on the market with the Melbourne downturn. When sales are not easy. This period of time really shows the resilience of agents and sellers. And that working together is most important. We couldn't have gone through this difficult selling market.
