Jason and the team were outstanding. Excellent product knowledge!! Excellent local knowledge!! Translated to excellent results for us. If you require a first class agent and auctioneer you can not go past Barry Plant and Jason Allen.

It's easy to give agents a great review when the property market is booming. However we put our house on the market with the Melbourne downturn. When sales are not easy. This period of time really shows the resilience of agents and sellers. And that working together is most important. We couldn't have gone through this difficult selling market. Without Phillip and Jason from Barry Plant Sunshine. They are professional but also realistic and hard working. Man did these guys earn every dollar. I would definitely recommend these guys. You need tough, honest, steadfast people in your corner.

An excellent team who really know the area. They really know the meaning of customer service and commitment, and go above and beyond to get the best result for their vendors. Jason was still working late on a Friday night to secure a buyer before the scheduled auction, achieving a great price above our expectations in the downturning Melbourne market Glad we chose Barry Plant Sunshine to represent us and can recommend 100%.

Phillip was very a fantastic agent to work with. He provided advice and guidance to us during the preparation and sale of our house. He proved himself to be knowledgeable of the local market and current market conditions and did a truly wonderful job selling our property.
