What can we say? Our property sold in just 11 days. Yes 11 days! From the very beginning David was very professional & got straight into business. He was great as he talked us through the sales/advertising process. Advised us what we needed to do from our perspective. He communicated regularly & clearly, always answering any of our questions & keeping us up to date. Given we no longer live near our property or the real estate agents distance was not an issue David & his team work through it with us every step of the way. He was very open & honest - even liaising with our tenants throughout the process. What else could we have asked for. Highly recommended as an Agent in the Western Suburbs. Jason was brilliant to work with on the sale of our property from the onset. He understood our individual circumstances for selling and helped us get a result even after an unsuccessful auction day.
