I had contracted Michelle Mammoliti to sell our property, and as she was going away on leave, I knew we would be getting Phil as a backup person to deal with while Michelle was away. Michelle has been kind and easy to deal with, very down to earth from the beginning when I met her. She seems very very genuine in how she deals with her clients. Phil added an amusing flair to the sales process and his professionalism and great communication that I received at every point was fantastic. I am a details person and he did not disappoint. He followed up every query, and was prompt in everything - inspections, negotiations and signing of paperwork. Thank you to both agents for restoring my faith in real estate agents.
