Michelle has been amazing throughout the sale of our property. For a nervous seller who has had bad experiences with Agents in the past, Michelle was very approachable, and forthcoming with any information I needed and questions I had about selling as well as buying. She made me feel comfortable from the beginning, and would communicate clearly on any questions I had. Michelle is highly professional in the way she engages with her clients, and follows through on all promises made. The paperwork was completed swiftly and accurately, her market knowledge of properties were always spot on based on the current market trend, and were never inflated or undervalued. She returns calls and messages in a timely manner, always keeping an open line of communication. Her communication style is open and honest, and she will work with your needs to get the outcome you are after. During our time selling our property, Michelle went on holidays (which was communicated prior to us signing with her). The handover with her colleague Phil was seamless, and she even made herself available from overseas to still communicate with us. We are very happy with both Michelle & Phil's work.
