Victor is a great agent, who in his actions demonstrates that his priority is to satisfy his clients and produce the best possible outcome. Additionally, Victor has been great to deal with and has been helpful in easing us through a difficult process of selling a house. All in all, I would highly recommend Victor as an agent.

This was the second time we entrusted Barry Plant Sunshine to manage the sales of our properties. On both occasions we were living outside of Victoria so working with an agent that we could rely on and work well with was essential. Barry Plant Sunshine delivered a solid and affective marketing campaign and in conjunction with David's skill and experience we achieved a positive outcome on the sale of our home. We highly recommend David Lai and the Barry Plant Sunshine sales team.
David Lai
David's help and experience was invaluable. He organized a gardener, cleaner and decorator to get the property ready for sale. He was on top of all the required paperwork, and constantly kept m informed of our progress. Most importantly, we received a sale price above my expectation. Thank you very much David for your expertise.

Jason was brilliant to work with on the sale of our property from the onset. He understood our individual circumstances for selling and helped us get a result even after an unsuccessful auction day. He and his team were very forthcoming with updates throughout the campaign and really went above and beyond to get the sale days after the failed auction in what is becomming a softer market. I would definitely use Jason and his team when selling property in Sunshine again.

This is the second time I have recently sold a property and it was a much better, a more polished campaign in the way it was initially priced right through to the sale! A refreshing experience with finally an agent that was true to their word and who was reliable. This agent works very hard to maximise the value of this property. I would highly recommend this agent to anyone seeking an honest and hardworking agent particularly in this current market. Thankyou Michelle from Barry Plant!
