Working together with Jason and his team, we felt that Barry Plant had the background in real estate, professionalism and market knowledge needed to sell our unique property. Jason’s calming communication style, personality, appreciation for language barriers and effectiveness, positively influenced our ability to make sound decisions without pressure or stress. The team worked hard to attract the right buyer and achieved a higher sale price than expected. Well done Barry Plant Sunshine! Regards, Kamila.

I highly recommend philip to be your agent, as i personaly think that he is one of the best if not the best real estate agent in the sunshine west area, if you give him your property he guarantees quick sale and he does deliver.

Michelle helped us sell our property in Sunshine West in March this year (2018). She was awesome and went above and beyond to ensure our property (currently rented at the time) was presentable. She was very communicative and reassuring when we had nerves about selling at auction. Highly recommended!

I met David as a buyer, he was credible, responsive but not at all pushy. I felt like he was honest and upfront through the whole process. I liked him a lot. We also really liked all the people we met though Barry Plant while house hunting in Sunshine/Sunshine West.

I have dealt with many agents before & Michelle is a new generation of what I believe is the future of an honest agent. There was no pressure involved.. only honesty. It is hard to find a sales person with respect & integrity, I highly recommend Michelle, she is a star.

Phillip was able to explain things both in English to me and in Vietnamese to my parents in law. He was always honest with us and showed up on time and outside of business hours. Should we ever need another agent we would definitely recommend Phillip. Thanks again Phillip.
