Michelle is a breath of fresh air. I'm a Property Developer and a Valuer and deal with Agents on a regular basis. Michelle is genuine, well informed and has the most wonderful approachable manner. She cares about her vendor and definitely goes the extra mile. When I was unable to do the weekly spruce of the property prior to an open, Michelle arrived early, throw out the wilting flowers and made sure everything was presented to its best. She was fully engaged with her purchasers, I received regular updates and we discussed the reserve in a mature manner. There was attempt to condition my reserve down prior to the auction. I can see Michelle's career going from strength to strength. If you wanting an non-sleezy agent who is honest, genuine and committed to achieving a high result then I would highly recommend engaging Michelle. Julie

My partner and I are first home buyers who were successful at our first auction. I believe a lot of this has to do with Michelle Mammoliti. There was something quite different about her and we both recognised it the second we first walked into the inspection. As a professional, she was obviously representing the vendor's interests first and foremost. She did a very good job of that and achieved a great result for her client. But Michelle was able to work for the vendor while still treating us, as buyers, in a very honest and open way. We almost felt we had a buyer's advocate in Michelle, as she was willing to give us a lot of genuine advice about the local market and its strengths and weaknesses. Michelle has a commanding knowledge of the western suburbs. She could tell you the history of every house in every street. She cares about the West. She loves it. And this, along with her genuine and friendly approach to people, is what sets her apart.
