Dealing with the selling of the house was made real easy through the help of David. He helped us throughout the process of from start to finish and would recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their property as well as recommending Barry Plant Sunshine.

Jason and his team at Barry Plant Sunshine worked very hard to secure the sale of our one owner for 64 years family home,as you can imagine every step of the sale was a very emotional decision, Jason handled it with a true professional approach, nothing was ever a problem it was always sorted out straight away, the result was also great and sold at auction as expected. I would highly recommend Jason Allen and his professional team at Barry Plant Sunshine.

Michelle is a very talented agent and throughout the whole sales process really listened to our wishes and concerns and devised a sales campaign we were happy with and one that delivered the results we were after. Michelle’s communication skills are phenomenal and at all stages of the campaign she kept us up to date with interest in and feedback on our property. Michelle’s negotiation skills post auction ensured we got the sale price for our home that we were after despite a very reserved auction crowd on the day. Michelle’s knowledge of the local market really helped inform realistic expectations of what sale price our property could reach; my husband and I found this quality especially important and believe this integrity built the foundation of a wonderful agent/vendor relationship. We highly reccomend Michelle and will unreservedly seek her out to represent us as our sales agent should we be in the position to sell again.
