Phillip was really helpful, he was able to arrange a private viewing outside of the scheduled viewing time as I was not able to make the times. He was really helpful with all the information required such at the contract of sale prior to the auction & he knew all the answers to our questions about the house i.e. when it was built what heating was installed was there any body corp. Phillip was really friendly & willing to help with anything he could.
