Michelle and Brent were very informative from the start of our selling campaign They were able to give us advise on the property and how the market was They called after every inspection and reported the attendance and passed on comments and spoke about interested parties They were very professional in appearance and communicated in a clear manner Both Michelle and Brent were very welcoming to clients and also various family members on auction day They all worked together and moved through the auction with clear knowledge and bids from the crowd The whiteboard was useful with the bidding being tracked which helped people keep track of the price The auctioneer was very clear concise easy to understand he was respectful of our wishes and performed the auction with ease and confidence He was well dressed and presented

We were lucky enough to deal with Phillip Nhu when we purchased an investment property in 2016. We recently decided to sell one of our other investment properties and went straight to Phillip. Phillip was prompt at arranging a market appraisal on our property. We had the opportunity and time to get other reviews and appraisals from other agents, however none of them were as professional or keen as Phillip.
