Michelle did a wonderful job representing us as our sales agent. Through all stages of the campaign she kept us well versed in the strategy and what to expect and provided thoughtful and regular updates on the feedback and interest in the property. In the lead up to and on auction day she talked us through the process and really made us feel like we were driving the outcomes we were after. David has been responsive and helpful. I hadn't seen the house before the auction day. He was the only agent I spoke to at the inspection just prior to auction and he helped me with my queries quickly and efficiently which enabled me to bid on the day.
