Jason has great charisma and totally engages the auction crowd. He is entertaining and intriguing to observe. Jason was very conversant with the market and had a good understanding of the neighbourhood. He impressed me with how he read the potential purchasers and connected with each individual on a personal level. The auction was unorthodox as the first bid was $40,000 over the reserve price which surprised not only myself but many other purchasers. It was at this point that Jason's experience and professionalism became paramount and he eased the tension that was felt by potentially competing purchasers.
