Jason Allen from Barry Plant in Sunshine can only be described as having the perfect combination of charisma and flare, ethics and ethical persuasion skills, and knowledge and ability to apply all of these in a smooth and respectful package. Although everyone at the auction saw him as a salesman he was also an entertainer that kept people engaged in the process and the event for interest alone. His sales strategies are open and transparent and both the young buyers and our family as the sellers felt respected and nurtured through the process. We would recommend him to both purchasers and sellers.

We have been able to successfully sell our property in Braybrook due to the efforts of Phillip and his team. Phillip has been very positive about the process and gave us the real picture at all times, which was very appreciated by us. While selling a property, every seller expects the highest possible price, but yet it also has to be a realistic one, and that's what we got from Phillip. He did not ever beat around the bush and always said it like it is. We are very pleased with the service offered to us and would highly recommend Phillip as the MAN FOR THE JOB!
