David had been a great real estate agent through out the sale of my property. Not only the result was exceeding my expectations, his professionalism in dealing with the potential buyers were second to none. He kept me well informed every step of the way. His advice were of great personal experiences and his market knowledge is very spot on. I would go through David again with my next sale without second thought. Thankyou David. You are such a great asset for Barry Plant.

I was very happy with David's service throughout the sale of my property. He was realistic and didn't try to get my expectations up and the ultimate sale price was in the range he advised me of at my first meeting with him. I would recommend him and would use his services in the future.

I purchased a property through David and found him to be extremely professional and courteous. He was friendly without being pushy and very helpful with queries and access to the property for inspections. I would highly recommend David as an agent.

My partner and I had been searching for our first home for over 2 years in Melbourne's west- and not from lack of trying or being picky. Every weekend had been dedicated to open houses and auctions where we would be outbid way over our budget or came in as the second highest bidder. We met David and several of his colleagues throughout our search, often following them from one open house to another and found we got along with David really well, and he would actually follow up on things for us, unlike so many other agents who couldn't even get back to us when we'd email for a price guide. Fast forward to our recent purchase and we honestly believe we couldn't have done it without him- even though the house was scheduled for auction, David helped us to arrange an offer before auction and kept us updated every step along the way, which lead to the purchase of our first home. Even with countless phone calls, text messages, emails, questions and occasionally even cursing at him, David was always professional and didn't seem to mind. He offered realistic advise and went above and beyond to arrange private inspections or additional paperwork for many of the houses we had seen in the past, and most importantly helped put an end to our 2 year search to land us our perfect first home. We can't recommend David enough and can't stress how helpful he was. If you're looking for an agent to help you buy in the West this man should be your first point of call
