I was really dreading the whole process of selling my parents' house for many reasons, the main one being that I didn't know how to go about things. We found David Lai to be very professional and still compassionate for what my mother wanted in selling her long time home. Jason has sold 2 property's for me and sold me one as well. I cant speak highly enough of Jason and his team. Jason is the most professional agent i have dealt with. Phillip did an excellent job at selling our property. From start to finish, he was honest, resourceful and flexible. It was the first time we've put our house for auction and Phillip guided us through the entire process. He gave us honest feedback on how we can make our house more appealing. Phillip and his team also provided on-going feedback from buyers that visited the property so we can improve for the following openings. He was flexible with when the house can be opened for inspection and private viewings as we have a young child and didn't want to disrupt her routine. On auction day, he and his team did an excellent job and sold our house way passed the reserve.
