We knew James was treating every potential purchaser with respect and responsiveness. Any interest in our property was carefully nurtured and cultivated (no potential interest withering on the vine!) He went above and beyond in ensuring the transparency of buyer interest at all times. His executive assistant, Danielle, was also super-efficient in organising trades/services and executing the actual contract. Result: a good, fair price with which we were happy to relinquish our beloved cute cottage at the top of Carlotta St without regret.
