Patrick is a seasoned agent and his communication skills are impeccable. He diligently kept us updated on the progress of the marketing campaign for the property. At the same time, there was a constant dialog between us to understand what the market’s assessment of our property was based on open home interest and how we needed to align our expectations accordingly. As a first home buyer, I stumbled across Patrick at an open home one day not long after I started seriously looking into purchasing. The first time I met Patrick he was open and communicative. From that day he took a genuine interest in what sort of property I had in mind (rather than just sending me through anything in my price range as a lot of agents do) and was actively looking for a property that would meet my needs. He kept me informed, was open, transparent and honest about price ranges and his knowledge of the local market was extensive and impressive. Found my dream first home and Patrick supported me in the lead up to auction, kept me informed and up to date of all and any developments at all times and was instrumental in assisting not only myself to successfully purchase the property at auction, but his genuine care and respect for the vendors in achieving their sales price goals was also evident. Following auction, his support and effective communication in keeping me informed in the lead up to settlement was the reassurance a first home buyer needed.
