James and his team worked really hard to get us the result we wanted in very challenging market. They always kept us in the loop with the latest updates about open days and possible buyers. James did make a lot of calls to prospective buyers and never gave up. Eventhough we did not get the result we were hoping for in the beginning of the campaign we did archive the best possible outcome in the current market situation. Tim was the real estate agent who managed the sale of the property when we first bought it 10 years ago. We were so impressed with him and his team that when we decided to rent out the property 5 years ago, we continued to use Belle Property to manage it as a rental. The property agent Sarah Moy went over and above for the 5 years she managed the property as she was immediately responsive to any issues that came up. When we decided to sell the unit, it was an easy decision to have Tim as our agent given the level of professionalism he showed over the past 10 years. He kept us up-to-date with all of the developments during the viewing period and worked harder than any agent we've ever dealt with.
