I recently purchased an apartment through Patrick Lang and was delighted with the professional approach taken by him, follow up was always timely and thorough and I found his knowledge of the market excellent, we ended up buying a great unit at a price that both the vendor and myself should be happy with. The after sales follow up has also been great with nothing ever being an issue for Patrick. Highly recommend Patrick to anyone looking to sell or buy in the future

I just wanted to send an email congratulating Patrick and the team for the professionalism, tenacity, and service that was provided. In what turned out to be a long and arduous journey, some of which I must admit was my doing, Patrick was at all times the consummate professional, and even when it looked like the property would not end up selling he kept at it and we achieved both the sale and a good price. I can not recommend him highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use him in the future.

Patrick is a seasoned agent and his communication skills are impeccable. He diligently kept us updated on the progress of the marketing campaign for the property. At the same time, there was a constant dialog between us to understand what the market’s assessment of our property was based on open home interest and how we needed to align our expectations accordingly. I liked having a whatsapp group going to quickly sort out any quick queries about the property or to receive updates.

I was very pleased to work with Patrick for the sale of my town house. He was knowledgable about the area, the market and the legal requirements for the sale. Patrick took my requests into account and treated them with respect. He readily sought the opinions of his colleagues and communicated evidence for his advice with confidence and trust. Patrick worked with resolve and purpose.

James and the team at Belle were terrific. From the moment we briefed them, nothing was too difficult. They were there with us every step of the way making it painless. Selling a house can be stressful. This team looked after us extremely well, they kept us informed and provided us with the information we needed to make our decisions. A job well done.

As a first home buyer, I stumbled across Patrick at an open home one day not long after I started seriously looking into purchasing. The first time I met Patrick he was open and communicative. From that day he took a genuine interest in what sort of property I had in mind (rather than just sending me through anything in my price range as a lot of agents do) and was actively looking for a property that would meet my needs. He kept me informed, was open, transparent and honest about price ranges and his knowledge of the local market was extensive and impressive. Found my dream first home and Patrick supported me in the lead up to auction, kept me informed and up to date of all and any developments at all times and was instrumental in assisting not only myself to successfully purchase the property at auction, but his genuine care and respect for the vendors in achieving their sales price goals was also evident. Following auction, his support and effective communication in keeping me informed in the lead up to settlement was the reassurance a first home buyer needed. I can’t recommend the services of Patrick enough. His open, honest and transparent communication settled the nerves of this first home buyer and his knowledge of the market and in particular the local area is outstanding. I will definitely be looking to use the services of Patrick should I be looking to sell in the future and would recommend him to any sellers or buyers out there in a heartbeat! Thanks Patrick!

We found James to be well versed in the Greenwich market and as a result he was able to provide us with an accurate assessment of what we should expect in terms of price. He was always punctual in providing us feedback after each Open and this ensured that we could more easily plan our way forward. I would also like to make mention of the great support the rest of his team provided, and in particular Danielle, who was always there when needed. In the end a street record so a good result.
