We are grateful for the way James Bennett ran a superb campaign which resulted in the sale at Auction of our property. He was always professional and we trusted him completely. His knowledge of our area was outstanding and he was spot on in his estimate of the result of the Auction. We enjoyed our dealings with James Bennett and would recommend him unconditionally.

Simon and Belle made a good team, from managing property clean-up thru to pre-auction sale. Strong on communications, always felt informed. Solid result from a tougher Sydney property market.

Tim Holgate conducted negotiations quickly, efficiently, professionally and successfully

Simon and the team at Belle were very impressive: nothing was too much trouble and they worked hard to negotiate the best deal for us. We were very happy with our sale and would recommend them unreservedly.

Very happy with my decision to list with Tim Holgate and Belle Property Lane Cove. From Start to finish he did what he said he would do and achieved a block record result in 2 weeks from listing the unit. I would highly recommend Tim and his team to anyone looking to sell their property in a challenging market. Given that I'm in the real estate industry myself I can assure anyone that listing with Tim is the right choice.

I would like to thank Patrick for the way he helped us sell my mother's unit in a timely and straightforward manner. We chose Patrick from several other agents because of his friendly manner, clear vision and good communication. He guided us through the daunting sales process and kept constantly in touch which I appreciated. He and Ali were diligent in seeking potential buyers, with the eventual purchaser being from their database. We really appreciated everything Patrick and Ali did for us, achieving a good sale at a fair price.

In a tough market, James was able to implement a clear sale campaign and was very impressive with his market knowledge and liaising with buyers. Very good outcome.

We chose Belle Property Lane Cove over 5 other well known, reputable local agencies. We are very happy that we did so as our property SOLD after 12 days on the market. So a very BIG "thank you" to Simon, Jess and Kim and their very efficient, professional back office team. F & A Devery
