Tim worked closely with us (listening to our needs) & guided us on how best to market & sell our property in the current local environment. He kept us advised & supported us through the whole sales process. The strategy developed for us worked exactly as planned & we achieved the price at the higher end of our expectations within 3 weeks without having the added stress of having to go to auction. Nisha did an outstanding job in preparing us for setting up/staging the property to highlight the key selling features, including introducing tradesmen to conduct minor renovations to improve presentation prior to sale which was a major factor in obtaining the higher price.
