I was very impressed by James as an agent, and Danielle, the project manager. Danielle was excellent. The project-management for pre-sale fixup and viewings is of huge benefit in terms of efficiency and stress reduction. James found a buyer pre-market for a good price, and managed the sale beautifully. Their communication was pleasant and quick. Overall a very impressive team and a great result.
