We first met Monica when a unit in the same block as our investment unit was being sold. Monica and Emma gave excellent advice regarding the renovations that would enhance our property's potential, organised quotes and sourced the tradesmen required. I was surprised by how much they achieved in one week considering the Christmas/ early January timeframe.
