Patrick led an extremely efficient and accomplished team embracing Monica, Samantha,and others at Belle. Patrick's strategy and process for presenting & selling the 2 bed 1 bath 1 car space, was well formulated & planned. This resulted in what we believed, was the optimal price that could have been achieved. The team were able to organise Quotes & Tradies at short notice in a time when they were very hard to get. We were kept up to date in all areas of Inspections, & offers, combined with Patrick's ongoing thoughts. Patrick and Monica communicated 7 days a week,Sundays were no problem. We recommend Patrick (& his Team) and will use them again.
