Patrick promised that he would hold my hand and guide me throughout this process and he absolutely did. Patrick’s knowledge of the local market was outstanding. He was able to talk me through things that I didn’t understand and kept me informed at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble and he definitely went the extra mile for me. Patrick’s secret weapon is definitely Monica. Monica was able to project manage every step of the house preparation pre sale and even provided much needed coffees throughout the process. She went over and above and was always just a phone call away. Anthony was also just fabulous. I would 100% recommend Patrick, Monica and Anthony. They make a great team and resulted in selling my house in a tricky market at a great price.
