Eva from Biggin and Scott Richmond attended our property at time of settlement and provided input into proposed levels of works we were planning to undertake and offered suggestions to maximize rental returns. Throughout our renovations Biggin and Scott were in constant contact offering assistance with various tradespeople and also managing the various auditing requirements to ensure compliance with government regulations. Eva coordinated and managed the entire letting process from photographs, online advertising to open for inspections. This campaign generated significant interest and we were able to select from a number of high-quality applicants. The end result for us was a rental income over $4000 PA more than what another agent had initially quoted. To say that we are thrilled with Biggin and Scott Richmon and Eva Chan is an understatement.
