I've had no issues with BigginScott and I've been with them for over a year now. Their fees are reasonable, their reports are very easy to follow and their selection processes for letting of new tenants are effective - I've had very positive experiences with my tennants thus far. Could not recommend more for those who are interested in having a property manager for their properties.

BigginScott Richmond were great to work with during tenancy, however once the tenants had vacated BigginScott were slow in organising the clean up the property (~2 months). Lengthening the time it took to get the property back on the market, resulting in loss of potential income

I am lucky to have Kate Turville manage my small property. I left a prior local agency due to poor service & over priced fees. Kate is always prompt to reply to my queries & proactive. Whilst travelling recently, I felt very comfortable leaving her to lease my apartment in my absence. She had a very good 'sense' for the tenant I wanted. But most of all, when my last tenant moved out, they left the flat in an unclean state. Kate had them return, not once but twice to clean. On her 3rd inspection, she was still not satisfied, so she cleaned it herself. Impressed!
