Biggin & Scott phoned on July 26th to notify that my property would be vacated at the end of August. I was encouraged to list the property for a reasonable, yet accurate, price per the area & market conditions. We also discussed ideas for if the property took time to fill. I received notifications of all inspections & the outcomes, as well as all applications. The property was filled by a responsible tenant at the initial listed price within 3 weeks of the initial phone call, which was the best outcome I could have possibly asked for.

I have had my property with B&S for over 15 years and my experience with their team/management has always been positive. My current property manager, H.L., has overseen the property for several years and exemplifies all of the things I've come to expect from B&S: efficiency, knowledge and professionalism. Very please with the team at Biggin & Scott Richmond. As the current lease was expiring, they have managed very well the campaign the re-lease the property including advertising, inspection, vetting etc... The end result is a minimal vacant time between the two leases. Well done Biggin & Scott Richmond for your excellent work !
